Do you ship internationally?

-No. Costs are too high right now, however, this may change in a few months. Check back later.

I am from…and I have a friend/family member who will ship to me. Can I order from you?

-Yes. Please create an account and in the address field, please put THAT person’s address. (For these types of orders, PayPal only!)

Are these items legit?

-As far as I know, yes. While I am not fluent in Japanese, I will try my hardest to keep bootleg (non-official) goods off the site*.

How much is shipping?

-Standard shipping up to six (6) items is $5.00. For orders that consist of seven (7) items or more, shipping will be $8.95 (all items are shipped via USPS priority mail).

Do you offer expedited shipping?

-Yes, upon request (via email).

Where do you acquire these items?

-Most items I obtain come from sellers on Yahoo Japan. I do have two (2) pen pals who occasionally sell me things, but this is rare.

I ordered burned DVDs and they won’t play. Why?

-This could be due to a number of reasons. If your DVD player usually plays burned DVDs, it may be that your order was damaged in transit. Please email me so I can redo your order FREE OF CHARGE. I will do this TWO (2) times. After which, you will be charged a shipping fee. No refunds or returns.

I am still unsure of some things; can I email you these concerns/questions?

-By all means, yes! Please do not place an order if you are uncertain as all sales are final!

What is the “rummage” section?

-This is my personal “yard sale” section. I place all the things I no longer want/need here.

I am looking for a particular item and I don’t see it here. Can you help me obtain it?

-Yes, but please know that you will pay the winning price and that can be small to large amounts. Just email me what you are looking for and I will help you as much as I can.

I ordered _________ and it doesn’t work. Help!

-If what you ordered was not a DVD that I burned, I am sorry, but I do not offer refunds or returns. These items come from Japan and I can not guarantee if they work or not. For all toys, I do not check to see if they work. I simply get them and once they are ordered I ship them out. If there is any physical damage that I see, I will put that in the description. Please read all of the description and ask questions prior to buying!

How old do I have to be to order?

-I ask that you be at least 16 and can pay. If you are a minor, please, please, please get your parent/guardian to submit an order. It’s better and safer this way.

I noticed that I am asked for my phone # and DOB (Date of Birth) when I create an account. Will you share this information?

-NO!!!!!!! In fact, you do not need to give me that information. All I need from you is your name, street address and email.

What forms of payment do you accept?

-PayPal, MO (Money Orders) and Checks. If you are an international customer who has someone shipping to you (please see Q2), I accept PayPal only!

Prior to buying any VHS/DVD, do you offer clips for viewing?

-Yes. On the main site you can view video clips that I ripped from my VHS/DVDs. They are hosted on YouTube and you can view more clips there-just look for my user ID: eternalruth.
